Our online shop will be ON HOLD from 11th – 25th September 2020.

UK DELIVERY: For all postage options, the last order date for delivery prior to this period is THURSDAY 10th SEPTEMBER.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY: All orders must be placed and paid for by THURSDAY 10th SEPTEMBER. To order for international delivery, check out as normal and enter your shipping details. Please follow the instructions to submit your order. You do not need to make a payment to submit an order. Once we have a copy of your order, we will respond with the shipping costs and instructions on how to pay for and complete your order. Please note, we only ship orders once they’re fully paid.

If any orders are made during the period that the shop is on hold, we will process these as soon as possible after 25 September.

online orders: cancellations, returns and refunds policy

Last order dates for Christmas delivery:

This is based on shipping information from Royal Mail and our couriers. We cannot guarantee delivery in time for Christmas – once orders leave us we can’t control when they’re delivered. We’ll keep dispatching orders right up until Christmas Eve.

UK:

19 December – Royal Mail 48 Tracked and Signed
20 December – Royal Mail 24 Tracked and Signed

International:

14 December – All orders must have paid in full by 14 December.

To order for international delivery, check out as normal and enter your shipping details. You do not need to make a payment to submit an order. Once submitted, we will respond with the shipping costs and way to pay. Please note, we only ship orders once they’re fully paid.

We will process and ship all orders as normal up until 24 December.

All orders received after this will be processed and shipped as soon as possible from 28 December onwards.

Delivery
Delivery prices are calculated on the total product weight (product weight + container or packaging weight), packaging and delivery method.

UK delivery:

Royal Mail Tracked & Signed 48
– Maximum package weight: 2kg
– Price per package: £5.40

Royal Mail Tracked & Signed 24
– Maximum package weight: 2kg
– Price per package: £6.40

Courier Delivery:
– Courier delivery from £8.00 – £15.00.
– Prices are calculated on checkout, based on the weight and size of order.
– All orders over 2kg are dispatched via courier.
– 48-hour delivery (not on weekends).

International delivery:

We ship worldwide. At checkout you will be asked for the shipping details for your order. Submit your order without charge, and we will come back to you with the shipping cost and how to pay.

Cancellations

We usually ship orders within 24-48 hours from receipt of payment. If you wish to cancel your order please contact us via info@fromfieldandflower.co.uk with your order number (found in the your account section of our website, or on the order confirmation). If your order hasn’t yet been dispatched, we will cancel your order and refund you in full.

If your order has already been shipped when you cancel, you will need to make a return in order to receive a refund. Please refer to our returns policy below.”

Returns and Refunds

Our products are fragile, so we package them well to ensure they reach you undamaged. We clearly mark that packages are fragile, and we package for standard shipping handling.

We cannot accept responsibility for any damage sustained during transit or through violent or inappropriate handling by the delivery service.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.

Returned items should be unopened and undamaged, and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation.

We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge.

Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.

Please note:
1. Goods will only be accepted for return if they are dispatched within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
2. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
3. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
4. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
