  • Benefits:  Raw honey contains antioxidants & vitamins, plus the comb provides extra Vitamin A. Can help promote gum health, soothe colds, and due to its anti-inflammatory & antiseptic properties, also help reduce inflammation & infection.

Tasting notes and tips: This delicate honeycomb is filled with honey made from the pollen of hedgerows, wildflowers and pasture fields of North Devon. Try it by the spoon, but it can also be wonderful with cheeses, or spread thickly on crumpets and toast. We like it topping a decadent dessert of cream and fresh summer fruits.

Provenance: Made in Devon, by the Wallace family, who began beekeeping in 1949. Located in South Molton a small village south of Exmoor National Park. The bees forage across the hedgerows and pastures of North Devon. Their honey production is overseen by their head beekeeper who has a Masters of Excellence in Beekeeping.
