Made in Devon, by the Wallace family, who began beekeeping in 1949. Located in South Molton a small village south of Exmoor National Park. The bees forage across the hedgerows and pastures of North Devon. Their honey production is overseen by their head beekeeper who has a Masters of Excellence in Beekeeping.
Benefits: Like other multi-floral honeys it contains antioxidants & vitamins. Can be helpful in soothing colds, and due to its anti-inflammatory & antiseptic properties, it can also help to reduce inflammation and infection.
Tasting notes and tips: A clear honey made from pollen foraged by bees from the hedgerows and pasture fields across North Devon. This honey has a delicate aroma and a gentle sweetness with notes of lemon on the finish.
Raw honey is not suitable during pregnancy or for children under 12 months old.
